Hello my friends, welcome back. We arrived at an Elks Lodge, but me and my brother will not be staying there as my grandparents are coming and got a hotel! The hotel has a little shop, pool, hot tub, bar, and restaurant on site. They also are right on the ocean!

When we first got to the Elks Lodge we still had a couple of hours before my grandparents met us at the hotel, so me and my mom got some last-minute groceries and other necessities. After some errands, we set up the RV and packed me and Landon’s bags for the hotel. After what felt like an eternity, we finally made our way to the hotel. Once we were all checked in, we all went down to the hot tub. Right before my parents went back to the RV, they took nice hot showers and we all opened presents because my grandma can never come without them, lol. When my parents left, we ended the night with a movie and popcorn.

The next two days we just hung out and did things like go for walks on the beach, chitchat in the pool, sit in the awesome hot tub, drink piña coladas, walk across the street to a restaurant that had live music, watch movies at night, and don’t forget taking tons of hot showers, lol.

The next morning we decided to paddle over to Peanut Island. When we all got set up and my grandparents rented their kayak, we set off for the adventure. It was really fun as me and my grandma got to go snorkeling and see tons of cool colorful fish and we also got to see tons of iguanas! It was honestly hard to paddle because the wind and current were not on our side. When we got into a little cove, it was a lot easier to paddle and we made it to a little spot where we could park the boards and check out the island. After walking around, we decided to eat some snacks before snorkeling in another spot. We spent all day paddling around Peanut Island, and I think my grandparents are troopers for keeping up with us! After our long paddle, we decided to chill in the hot tub before eating and getting some rest.

We spent the first half of the day doing classes and work and getting ready for the day. When we were all finished, we went to dinner with my grandparents’ friend. He was actually the owner of Peanut Island and the shuttle company to Peanut Island. We went to a restaurant called Leftovers that served some bomb food. After a couple of hours chitchatting, eating, and just hanging out, we headed over to check out his new house. It was super cool and he was doing tons of new renovations to be just how he wants it… kinda like buses and RVs lol.
In the morning, me and my grandma got all ready for the day and went to go SCUBA DIVE! We had lots of fun seeing all of the creatures that live in the ocean. I think that I saw about 20 starfish in that one dive that was only about 30 minutes! I also got to see 2 eels, a flounder, a bunch of pufferfish, a stingray, and tons of other colorful fish. As well as tons of different living organisms like fire coral! I think me and my grandma had so much fun diving together and I hope we can do it so many more times. After our outstanding dive, we went back to the hotel, rinsed all of our stuff, then headed down to the pool to hang out with our family.

When we got up the next morning, we helped pack up before checking out the little boardwalk across the street from the hotel. We ended up getting some super delicious ice cream and I even got a cute summery beach dress and band shirt. After checking it out, we went back to the hotel and enjoyed the rest of the time with our family. Later that night, we said our goodbyes to my grandparents and headed back to the RV.

After an amazing time at the hotel, we are back in the RV and are heading to another spot! I hope you guys enjoyed my blog with my awesome grandparents. I will see you in the next one!
