Hello everyone, we’re staying at a really nice campground for the night in Mont-Louis Quebec because of a storm surge warning. The site we were planning to head to today is right on the ocean so we had to take higher ground. Our site at the campground is nice, we are high up but still have great views of the Ocean. The campground has laundry, showers, playground and a community room with a tv, couch and a full kitchen for guests to use. Since it was storming my mom and I decided to take advantage of the full size kitchen and bake some yummy muffins. Since the storm surge would be over the next morning we would be back on the road to our new spot, so Landon and I made the most of our time playing.

The following day we were back on the road headed to our next spot right down the road from the campground. It was another site right along the water with huge boulders in the water we could walk out on. We spent most of our time here exploring Gaspesie National Park doing some beautiful hikes. My favorite hike here was to a beautiful lake where I got to feed cute little birds, they flew right into my hands to eat! After the lake we headed to a park to have dinner. The park was really cool, it had a community garden that we explored while my dad started grilling. It also had a playground and overlooked a small lake that we watched the sunset over.

We only had a few days here and we ended up losing a day due to the storm but we tried to make the most of our time exploring as much of the National park as possible before heading to our next spot, Quebec City.
