We stayed in a nice campground on Long Island for four or five days. It was really nice right along the ocean with a big playground right by our site. They even had an ice cream truck that drove around selling soft served cones.
Our first night there we drove into town and went to this Pizza place called Little Vincent’s Pizza Restaurant with Tom, Delmara and their kids. It was so amazing, we ordered three pizzas, pepperoni, garlic and a meatball with veggies. I definitely recommend going there and getting the meatball and veggie pizza!
The second day we hung out at camp most of the day and even got to see cute deer. They walked right up to our table and ate our watermelon. I tried pulling it away from them but they just ate it right out of my hands. That evening we met my grandpa grappy over at his sisters house for dinner.
The following day was my dads cousins sons 21st birthday party. It was much calmer than I expected for a 21st birthday but it was really nice because we got to see so much family. It was a themed party so some people dressed up. The birthday boys girlfriend handmade her costume with a mushroom hat and very colorful clothing. We had a great night celebrating and stayed there pretty late.
The next morning, we got up and went to this bagel place that was recommended by many locals however I think my moms bagel sandwiches are better. After breakfast we cleaned up and got ready to have my dads family all come to the RV’s to BBQ. It was a lot of fun, we played at the playground, walked to the beach and ate tons of food. It was sad to say goodbye but we had to get packed up and ready for a drive day the next morning.
